Building as a city - Serendipity in practice
New ideas are often a result of cooperation started by an accidental meeting, discussion by a coffee machine or a chat at a corridor.
Biocenter is designed to facilitate chance encounters and the exchange of ideas and knowledge.
The key are semi-public spaces. Everything that lies between individual workstation and seminar or meeting room.
